This bulletin contains very important dates and before-school-starts information. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Please take a moment to focus on and read everything. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We do not have completed registration forms from the majority of our families. This <\/em><\/strong>must be done<\/em><\/strong> before the first day of school.<\/em><\/strong> If you have questions or need support with this process, please contact the office or stop by the school and we will help you get it done.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n August 4th<\/sup>,\u00a0 5th<\/sup>, 10th\u00a0 <\/sup>\u00a0\u2013 <\/strong>Office Hours | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM\u00a0<\/em> Aug. 4th, 5th, & 10th<\/strong>, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM If you have not yet gone online to do your data confirmation through the Aeries Parent Portal<\/a>, please do so ASAP. It is very important that we have all forms completed with current information. Thank you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Required documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Saturday, August 15<\/strong>, <\/strong>8:00 AM – Noonish<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n All hands on deck! Tons of manual labor and prep work to be done to get ready for the new school year, to include basic plumbing, cleaning, weed eating, a potential dump run, and more. Bring tools if you have them. Childcare will be provided.\u00a0 The first day of school will be <\/strong>Wednesday, August 19th<\/strong>. This is a minimum day with 1:15 dismissal for all. Parking and traffic is a challenge in the mornings. We share this space with NWP and SCOE and even with the staggered start time, things are tight. Please<\/em><\/strong> make sure that you practice patience and kindness! Arrive early, go slow, do not block SCOE buses, park only in legal spots, etc. The most important thing is that everyone stays safe and we model good behavior for the students. We will have volunteers out front to help direct traffic.

<\/em>This will be a whole school gathering. Childcare will be provided. More details to come.
