If you can&#8217;t make the meetings, you can catch up with the meeting notes &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/11t97TP08HaNZUmxVqoAUO8YZgUQGYlCnn1hixgR7kSc\/edit?usp=sharing\">PA notes are available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upcoming meetings are Monday, Sep. 28 at 7pm at the Collins home, 725 Quietwater Santa Rosa 95404 and Thursday, Oct.1 at 1pm in the VCS Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u27a4 Acorn Class Gear Drive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Acorns are gearing up for all kinds of weather in their outdoor classroom, and we&#8217;d love to give your family&#8217;s used and outgrown weather gear another turn around the seasons. We&#8217;re collecting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rain jackets and rain pants (separates rather than one-piece suits, so the children can manage the bathroom on their own)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waterproof boots like Crocs or Bogs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Base layers, wool socks, warm hats, and similar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All sizes welcome, including toddler, since we have younger siblings in our midst too, but ideally we&#8217;re looking for clothing sizes 3T &#8211; 6 ish.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drop donations in the labeled bin in Miss Jess&#8217; indoor classroom by Friday, September 18, so we&#8217;re ready for the coming rain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questions? Each yearbook comes with two free customizable pages that are unique to your child\u2019s yearbook, and hardcover upgrades are available.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u27a4 Free Mental Health Services<br><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear Village Community,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am excited to let you know that Keystone Therapy and Training Services has returned to campus and will continue providing additional social-emotional support for the 2026-27 school year.&nbsp; Keystone is a social and behavioral health services organization providing mental health and wellness services to diverse children, families, and individuals. Keystone\u2019s school-based programming began in 2021 and now serves over 25 schools across Sonoma County.&nbsp; This service is <strong>at no cost<\/strong> to families or Village Charter School.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keystone\u2019s School-Based Mental Health and Wellness Programming includes direct 1:1 support, small support groups, in the moment\/drop in support,&nbsp; and classroom education for students in grades TK\u201312. Within this programming, Keystone providers integrate social\u2013emotional learning, mindfulness, goal setting, and creative therapeutic approaches to help youth navigate emotions, build self-regulation, and strengthen interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Keystone Team we will be collaborating with this year includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Andrew Lavenson (on site) &#8211;<\/strong> Support Specialist and Certified Wellness Coach &#8211; will be on site Mondays-Wednesdays providing direct services to students. Andrew was on campus last year and is available for student support as needed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Emily Qirreh (on site)<\/strong> &#8211; Second Year MFT Trainee &#8211; will be on-site Mondays and Tuesdays providing direct services to students.&nbsp; Emily will also be returning for her second year at VCS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mishale Ballinger<\/strong> &#8211; Clinical and Programming Director, LPCC &amp; PPSC.&nbsp; Mishale is the primary liaison for direct services, referral &amp; caseload navigation, and program implementation.&nbsp; She will also be providing clinical oversight and higher-level support to ensure strong programming and coordinated care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linked are the forms required for students to sign up for these supports.
