Parent\/Teacher Conferences<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Parent\/Teacher conferences are scheduled for the week of October 3rd<\/sup>. Teachers have made signup sheets available. Please sign up for a slot. Communicate directly with your child\u2019s teacher if you need to make a special scheduling arrangement.
Reminder<\/u><\/strong>: Conference days are minimum days for all students. 1:15 p.m. dismissal time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PICTURE ORDERS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Return your completed order form<\/strong><\/a> and payment to the office before Thursday, October 6th.<\/mark> Late orders will NOT be processed!<\/mark><\/strong> Prints will be ready around mid-October. If you have questions, would prefer to submit your order online, or want to purchase digital photos, email erobbins@villagecharterschool.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s back! Dust off your dancing boots, finest hoedown wear and please bring a dish to share. Vegetarian, Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options are gladly welcomed. PLEASE LABEL<\/em> your dishes so people know what delicious items they are eating. Also please add your name on any glassware, dishes, etc. so any forgotten items can be returned. (Masking tape works great for this)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THINGS TO BRING:<\/strong> 
\u25cf Reusable plates, silverware and drinking containers for all family members.
\u25cf Dancing shoes 
\u25cf A MASK! Masks will be required inside for dancing *Erik, who has been calling this event for years, is immune-compromised and has requested that, while inside, we are masked. Thank you in advance for respecting this request.

Although this is a school event, parents and caretakers are responsible for their child(ren) during this event. We encourage everyone to participate in dancing so get ready to move and have a wonderful night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local Non-Profit, A Theater for Children, Stages Musical Moana JR!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Treat your family to a lively child-centered performance of Moana JR, a musical based on the 2016 Disney animated movie Moana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This vibrant show features beautiful costuming, energetic performances by talented young actors (VCS student included!), the uplifting and evocative music of Disney’s classic Moana animated movie, and an exciting collaboration with young dancers from \u201cAuntie\u201d Vao Paoleti\u2019s Taimalietane Polynesian Dance Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be sure to arrive 30 minutes pre-show for a FREE hula lesson!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
