LETTER OF INTENT TO RETURN
DUE BY Friday, February 16
VCS will soon start the process of configuration for next school year. Please fill out and return the letter of intent (attached to this bulletin, on the website, hard copies in the office) by 2/16. Please make sure you include any new incoming siblings. Your clarity of commitment to keep your child at VCS plays a key role in helping us make the best configuration decisions for all our students.
THIS IS A REQUIRED PROCESS TO HOLD SPOTS FOR THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR.
If we do not receive your intent to return, we cannot guarantee that your child’s spot will be held.

February 14-21 Parent Conference Week–the non-Wednesdays are NOT MINIMUM DAYS. Your child’s teacher will communicate directly with you about how they will set up conferences.

After School Enrichment Activities Committee
ECO CRAFTS
Hi Families! Lauren (Meadow’s mom), Stacey (Oliver & Emma’s mom), and Cathy (Jo’s grandma) are excited to offer an option for after school enrichment to VCS students. We are doing a Nature Art club, which will run for four weeks starting the week of Feb 19 and ending the week of March 11. We will meet each Wednesday from 1:30-2:30pm. The activities are best for children in the 6-10 age range. Each week students will report to the covered eating area and wait for instruction and the activity will start at 1:30 . If your child is interested, please fill out the form.
2/21 – Seed Bombs
2/28 – Botanical Paints
3/6 – Stained glass jars or Confetti Cannons
3/13 – Leaf rubbings or Bird Seed Hangers
