➤ Spring Intersession Wednesday 3/18 through Friday 3/20
VSC is offering intersession days during the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of Spring Break. Intersession days are open 8:00am-5:00pm (students can attend any portion of the day) and are available to students at no cost.
Registration forms can be found here and are available in the office. Pre-registration and notice of attendance is appreciated. Forms will be available at sign in for those that drop in.

➤ Adventure Camp
with Ms. Jess and Fiona is happening! June 15-19, 2026
Camp is designed for students who have just completed TK, K, and 1st (students who have been Acorns)
I have been unable to get around the transportation issue while maintaining an affordable camp, so the plan will be to have 3 field trip days where parents can support in driving to/from Riverfront Regional Park and 2 days on campus working in the garden and adventuring in our beautiful playspaces.
Please email: jesstruttman@villagecharterschool.com if you are interested in enrolling your TK/K/1 student in Adventure Camp by February 15th. Once on the interest list, I will keep you posted via email about registration.

➤ Middle School Service
Hello VCS Families,
We are putting together CSA boxes for our Village community for our middle school service project. If you would like to receive a bi-weekly or monthly box of fresh, locally sourced produce and other food items, please visit this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdIAH6FMF0mWRXHHeKQ6oFyp31co7fOlKHqlj-VXAS4YbTviw/viewform
So far, the foods we have to distribute are: lemons, citrus, eggs, kale, carrots, beets, onions, radishes and fava beans (maybe.) Items are subject to change depending on availability. We are hoping to begin distribution by March 12th.
