End of the School Year Events

Wow, I can’t believe the school year is almost over, and it certainly will end on a high note with a memorable 8th grade graduation and fun carnival for all.

Thanks in advance to all of you who have already signed up to help in the carnival, and/or have donated items for the raffles and prizes for the games!

We still need more volunteers to help with the games, set up, or cleanup for this event.  Have you signed up for a shift (or two :-), yet?  It’s easy, just go to this link Carnival Volunteers Sign Up and sign up for at least one (great if more) shift slots.  It is tremendously helpful for the carnival committee to know which activities are covered, and which we may need to close early or remove.

In addition to carnival shifts, we still need:

·  Prizes for the games

·  Toys or items for the raffle

·  Sweet treats for the cake walk (everything sweet to eat is welcome–homemade or store bought, sugar-full, sugar-free, gluten-full, gluten-free, etc.). The more the (much) merrier! Baked goods can be delivered anytime.

If you can contribute with some of these items, please let Crisarlin (crisarlin@gmail.com) know or bring it to school by Thursday, June 9th.

Thanks,

PA Carnival Committee
